ABOUT ALAN STEELMAN

Alan Steelman is a former member of the U.S. Congress and a global management consultant. He has achieved much political and business success, yet, understands the twin needs of work/life balance and the critical importance of both mind and body fitness. Always guided by his own personal North Star: “Be not inhospitable to strangers they might be angels in disguise” and “whatever you have done to the least of them, you have done unto me.”
